I have many years of experience in the medical management aspect of all injury cases. Getting your vehicle repaired with you back on the road is very important, but just as is important, and sometimes maybe even more important, is the medical management of your claim. All cases are different, and all require attention to detail to be sure my client is not only receiving their medically necessary treatment, but also so my client does not suffer with high out-of-pocket expenses that could be avoidable.
I have worked alongside Chiropractors, Orthopedic Physicians, Surgeons, and Radiologist for years to better understand medical terminology, medical findings, and how to listen my client’s symptoms and pain so I know which doctor or diagnostic testing would be better for my client so we can obtain full documented diagnosis of all my client’s injuries. Also, you may require transportation while your vehicle is being repaired or may be totaled. Not a problem. Not only do I work with some of the best doctors for medical treatment, but I have many physicians throughout Tampa Bay to also provide transportation for you.

Meet Jenny Jordan
Jennifer Jordan (JJ) was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. JJ has been in the legal profession for almost 20 years working alongside attorneys in handling hundreds of client cases throughout the years.
She has been a paralegal in the Tampa Bay area while working on her education to becoming a lawyer. After passing the FL bar, JJ decided to open her own practice as she believes the attorney you hire, should be the attorney working on your case. Meet Maryann Furman
Maryann Furman is a board-certified civil trial lawyer, as well as a registered nurse. She is the founding partner of The Nurse Lawyer, P.A. and is of counsel with our firm. While many personal injury attorneys settle cases quick and cheap, Maryann’s passion is in litigating and trying cases to get the best possible result for her injured clients. She is not afraid to put in the time, money and effort that is required throughout the litigation process, and if that doesn’t produce top dollar for her clients, she will take her cases to a jury trial.

Meet Maryann Furman

Maryann was born and raised in South Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Her family came to America from Italy and Ireland, and primarily worked as laborers, seamstresses, janitors, etc. She grew up from very humble beginnings but always wanted to obtain the best education possible and become successful. She paid her own way through college working 3 jobs, and supported herself through law school while still working as a registered nurse full time. She was the first person in her family to obtain a college degree and the only one to obtain a doctorate’s degree.
Maryann Furman is licensed to practice law in Florida in both state and federal courts, and is an active member of several state and national professional legal associations, including the Florida Justice Academy, the American Association for Justice, the Hillsborough County Bar Association, West Pasco Bar Association, Women Lawyers of Pasco, Seven Springs Rotary Club and the Tampa Bay Trial Lawyers Association.
